Please note: some stylists may have their own policies or additional ones to those listed below. Please check with your individual stylist to ensure you are up to date on all their policies.

Booking & Cancelation Policy

To avoid disappointment, it is advisable to book your appointment 2 weeks in advance. For clients who are restricted to evening and weekend appointments we would recommend 4 weeks in advance to ensure that you get the time you require.

 

Here at Luxe Beauty Lounge your appointments are very important to us, we understand that sometimes appointment times may need to be changed or cancelled, which we are happy to assist you with.

 

We require a 48-hour notice for any Cancellation/rebook of appointment.

 

When booking we will require a credit card be put on file.

 

Fees for Cancellation Rebook/No-Show/**Removal of part of service booked

•25% of booked services

**i.e. Guest books color service and haircut but decides not to receive the haircut, guest will be charged for 25% of the haircut price.

Child Safety Policy

The safety of your children is of our utmost concern. In order to create a safe and relaxing atmosphere for all, Luxe Beauty Lounge requests only well-behaved children over the age of 13 to accompany adults to appointments, if necessary. Those under the age of 13 who are not receiving a service are kindly asked to they do not accompany you to your appointment. Our salon is not child-proof, and this policy is in place to keep your child(ren) safe. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Covid19 Policy

I knowing and willingly consent to have services preformed at Luxe Beauty Lounge during the Covid-19 Pandemic. I understand the COVID-19 virus has a long incubation period during which carriers of the virus may not show symptoms and still be highly contagious. It is impossible to determine who has it and who does not, given the current limits in virus testing. I understand that due to the frequency of visits of other clients, the characteristics of the virus, and the characteristics of salon/spa services, that I may have an elevated risk of contracting the virus simply by being in the salon. I confirm that I am not presenting any of the following symptoms of COVID-19 listed below:
-Fever
-Cough
-Shortness of breath
-Chills
-Repeated shaking with chills
-Muscle pain
-Headache
-Sore throat
-New loss of taste or smell


To prevent the spread of contagious viruses and to help protect each other, I understand that I will have to follow the salon’s strict guidelines.

I understand that the CDC, OSHA, and state of Illinois recommend social distancing of 6 feet.
I verify that I have not traveled outside of the United States in the past 14 days to countries that have been affected by COVID-19.

Redo Policy

All services are final sale unless there is a mistake from the service provider. (This does not include something you may have changed your mind on after the service has been performed.) In the event of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 2 days to contact the salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 7 days past the initial service date. All corrective services will be preformed by the original stylist and will be complimentary.

Extension Policy

All extension services are final sale. Extension services canceled within 2 days of scheduled appointment will result in a non-refundable cancellation fee.

Personal Belongings Policy

Luxe Beauty Lounge is not responsible for any lost or stolen items and any damage to clothing during color services.
